What do you like best about Accelevents?

The ease of use and of the platform and user friendly platform. The EXCELLENT customer service that I constantly receive is really what sets Accelevents apart from other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

There's a lot of nuisances that I'm not aware of such as # of email blasts sent, how long event hub is active.. however it is always nice to work with the team to find work arounds. I also wish I can send an e-mail per event ticket type and not just all. We also would like to send emails based on registration status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

I really like how attentive the support team is. There is always someone there to help answer my questions and most of the time they are able to help me directly! All of the features and functions are easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few little things that Accelevents can't do like easily print the agenda that you have made, which is a little annoying, but overall it is very easy and great to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

We used the platform multiple times a month. i liked how easy the system was to use. all of the staff was always extremly responsive and cared for us. Integration was easy and there were enough feautures to satisfy all of our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate your feedback on print speed and will certainly look into ways to improve this aspect on the software side for a better user experience. However most printer speeds are based on the printer - definitely feel free to work with us on what type of badges and design you need, maybe we can recommend a faster printer (those full color printers will always take several additional seconds no matter how fast we send the badge to print).

What do you like best about Accelevents?

The attendee experience was very smooth and we received fewer customer support tickets for difficulty logging in compared to any software we have tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

There were a few glitches in the process of setting up the event, but we were overall happy with our experience. I also know that the bugs we initially experienced were promptly fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

I like how simple the platform is. It's easy to learn for my team and my speakers can easily join the backstage and share a presentation for our virtual sessions. Thank you for your positive feedback about our live chat support! We're always here to help, even when you're experiencing a product challenge. We've done a lot to overhaul our CSV imports, and are introducing more capabilities soon, like being able to edit right from the platform to be able to upload a sheet seamlessly. We'd love to hear more about what specifics you had trouble with as it sounds like it might just be a column header issue if you weren't able to upload the whole attendee report. What do you like best about Accelevents?

The hotline-service. Never in my life have I experienced such a friendly, helpful and efficient service. No matter what time of the day they always answer after 1 minute and they go up and beyond to solve problems r questions. We are currently at an event where we work totally witch accelevents. Everyone is so happy from sponsors to Abstract-authors to the client. We never had so few wuestions via the hotline - the stream worked perfekt!
