There's a lot of nuisances that I'm not aware of such as # of email blasts sent, how long event hub is active.. however it is always nice to work with the team to find work arounds. I also wish I can send an e-mail per event ticket type and not just all. We also would like to send emails based on registration status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple the platform is. It's easy to learn for my team and my speakers can easily join the backstage and share a presentation for our virtual sessions. The hotline-service. Never in my life have I experienced such a friendly, helpful and efficient service. No matter what time of the day they always answer after 1 minute and they go up and beyond to solve problems r questions. We are currently at an event where we work totally witch accelevents. Everyone is so happy from sponsors to Abstract-authors to the client. We never had so few wuestions via the hotline - the stream worked perfekt!
