First, and most important, is the performance- all test and live restores are quick and complete. Second, the dashboard is well laid out and easy to navigate, no problems understanding and working the system. Third, new accounts are automatically added, which is great for an organization that adds Teams almost every day. I enjoy feeling confident that my M365 data is backed up and available outside of Microsoft. I think it is extremely important for any M365 organization to have a third-party backup solution in place and tested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not really have any downsides. Of course selling a service on top of M365 generates the inevitable question about why we are paying for M365 and need additional services with a monthly cost on top. Hornet Security is affordable and once the use case and importance of the data the organization stores in M365 are presented the platform is seen as a good investment. The backup is very straight forward both the software and storage are in one package, compare with other solutions you need to manage the backup and the backup storage either in the cloud target or on-premise target. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
