Setup is simple enough. Company has been very responsive in helping to set up the first few computers - 1 server and 2 workstations so far - and support seems to be readily available when I need it. The other day I had a very good session that went over some of the finer points of the product. All backups performed so far have been flawless (there was on glitch within a day of setup, that resolved itself automatically before I even noticed it, this doesn't count). Machine performance hit(s) do not seem to be noticeable. A local (loopback) web host instantly shows you status of that machine's backup, and the management console is reasonably clear. Since the product is complex by nature, I have no complaints in that regard.
Cove also seems to co-exist very well with existing on-site backup programs. In this case EaseUS Todo Backup Enterprise and GoodSync backup (yes, all three at once). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I see no operational downside to using Cove backup so far. As for the cost, it's a bit pricey. But it does work as claimed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
