TimeClock Plus is easy to navigate. So very user friendly. The customer service is also very helpful when your in need of assistance. I needed help with our accural process and they were very knowledagble and helped me through it no problem. The Employees like it cause it's easy to clock in and out on just a few clicks and your done. Also like i said very user friendly they can easily request time off see there Accrued PTO and hours they had for the week without jumping through hoops. they can also have it on their phone for easy access. We sometimes have a issue with when they go to clock out it dosent always do it and then i have to adjust it for them but i dont know if that is nessecarialy TimeClock Plus issues it could be them clocking out on there phones and the Wifi connection might be bad. Also when a week passes and someone is out sick when they come in the following week and want to use thier PTO on the last week they missed days on for some reason it's blocked out so they cant do it. Then i have to manually do it which is silly cause they could easily be able to add it in and then i just approve it since i have to approve the PTO anyway. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
What I like best about TCP TimeClock Plus is how easy it is to use. The layout is simple, so I don’t have to waste time figuring out where everything is. Clocking in and out is super quick, and I can even do it from my phone if I need to. Plus, it keeps track of my hours really well, so I always know how much time I’ve worked. Timeclock plus has very good service managers and techs that are willing to help 24/7 at any given time. Not only do they help fix issues when needed, they provide clear instructions which allows you to learn how to fix things on your own in the future. They are very good people to work with especially for a chain of stores. The company I work forhas 16 locations and TCP makes it easy to work with and track things for all locations. Chaque mois, s'il y a une différence dans les employés actifs, vous paierez un abonnement complet au prorata pour l'employé supplémentaire. La date limite est le 25, mais parfois le 20. C'était gênant, mais c'était de ma faute car je savais que je devais désactiver rapidement les personnes. Cependant, l'annuel est le coup de grâce. On m'a dit par le service client après qu'ils m'ont eu la première année, qu'ils vous facturent annuellement pour tous les employés actifs pour avoir une licence pour chacun. J'étais très bon pour mettre à jour cela à temps car ils m'ont eu une fois pour 10 licences de plus que je n'avais besoin. Ils ont commencé à facturer l'annuel encore plus tôt qu'ils n'étaient censés le faire. J'ai contacté le service des comptes, ils refusent de faire des changements au tarif. J'ai annulé en juin et notre service s'est terminé en août, ils m'ont facturé un annuel ENCORE - et même plus tôt que les dernières années. Je les ai contactés immédiatement et j'ai mis en copie le représentant du service client le plus récent avec qui j'avais parlé, et c'est maintenant novembre, et je n'ai pas été crédité, je n'ai pas reçu les instructions pour retourner l'horloge que j'avais demandée plusieurs fois. On m'a juste dit que je n'avais pas donné un préavis de 30 jours à partir du moment où ils ont prélevé mon paiement (j'étais en retard de 2 jours), cependant ils ont prélevé le paiement en avance.
