I love the automations that are built into PandaDoc. They integrate seamlessly with our CRM.
I also enjoy how you can track when a client views your documents you send them. I use it multiple times per day in my day to day task.

It has a big range of features suited to our needs for building proposals, contracts and anything else that needs parties to review and sign (eg NDAs). The canvas/layout editor is quite easy to use given how many features there are in it, and it is only a very shallow learning curve before you can do things really quickly.
The tracking and reminders are handy features. Seems to be easy from the signer's side as well, they can choose to upload their own signature, sign it by drawing or select from a varity of fonts as the "signature". Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. PandaDoc makes beautiful proposals a snap! Templates allow you to leverage best practices across your proposal types and content libraries make it incredibly easy to personalize! What's best is that you can look at the data associated with your proposal templates to see what's working and what's not. At the proposal level you can even see insights down to the page level. Panda Doc allows you to see in real time if the receipient has viewed the document and it allows them to sign virtually any where by using their mobile number or email address. PandaDoc is extremely helpful in the field of Human Resources. When sending an offer letter, I can easily upload our template and input specific details in real time. From there, I can send the offer letter directly to our candidate for review and signature. Additionally. you can create an order for sginatures- this allows me to request a signature from the hiring manager first prior to the candiate viewing. I like how convenient it is to build out templates that I use often for my documents. I love how everything stays organized within PandaDoc, and how easy it is to use. I also love that you can see the status of your eSign documents, such as when they were sent, when they were viewed, and when they were signed. It's simple to use for both the user and the customer, which makes it a breeze to do business with. My company uses it as the platform to send out our customer agreements, and being able to quickly use my templates to send quotes to customers makes my customer service above average. La seule chose que je n'aime pas, c'est qu'après avoir envoyé un document eSign, vous ne pouvez pas ajouter de personnes supplémentaires au document à moins de renvoyer l'intégralité du document. Cela le rend un peu gênant si un client ou un client demande à ce que des personnes supplémentaires soient ajoutées au document, et vous devez revenir en arrière et renvoyer à tout le monde. J'ai trouvé une solution pour cela cependant - si le transfert est activé dans le document, vous pouvez simplement dire au client de transférer à quiconque il souhaite ajouter au document.

Ce que je préfère chez PandaDoc, c'est à quel point il est organisé ! J'aime aussi comment, lorsque nous appliquons la case pour les signatures, elle change de couleur pour spécifier la personne. Aussi comment il permet à l'autre personne d'ajouter ses informations de paiement, si nous souhaitons le demander. La liste/le carnet de contacts est également agréable, la façon dont il nous permet d'ajouter toutes les informations comme l'email, les numéros de téléphone, le nom, etc. Oh et l'option à la fin lorsque vous envoyez une pièce jointe ou un fichier, cela vous permet de taper un message comme un rappel.
