J'aime la facilité avec laquelle les fonctions sont à naviguer. La mission de contrôle est une plateforme impressionnante qui rend l'analyse des campagnes très fluide. J'aime aussi la facilité avec laquelle il est possible de rassembler des données pertinentes. Liat est également formidable et nous aide avec toutes les questions que nous avons de manière efficace et efficiente, nous travaillons très bien ensemble et elle a beaucoup aidé l'équipe. Optimove is easy to use, has a great support team which are really skilled talented and friendly. Optimove has been one of the most complex CRM I've had the chance to work with so far. It has a really complex default way to create content for your end users, however it also allow a lot of tailoring for your prefference. I think the Dashboard and Mission control can be a little bit more user friendly. Having to manage 3 brands, it would help to have a clear differentiation between each within the reports + a way to see all campaigns from a macro stand point to have an easier way to asses their success (I'm not sure how this would be possible though). The Campaign Builder and Mission Control are the most valuable tools in Optimove. With the Campaign Builder, I can create campaigns for different segments with just a few clicks, and it also allows me to utilize multiple channels. Optimove has all of the necessary features for setting up ultra-personalised multi-channel marketing campaigns. The Target Group builder and customer segmentation attributes are invaluable. I love the wide variety of KPIs and dashboards available for analysing campaigns and customer behaviour from every angle possible. I like how Optimove is basically a one-stop shop. In other words, Optimove offers numerous features to help us meet our business needs and achieve out goals. It's also extremely helpful that we are able to integrate other tools with Optimove, such as our push tool, so that we are able to plan and schedule everything through Optimove. Lastly, Optimove has an exceptional customer service team. They respond to issues in a timely matter and ensure that they communicate status updates to you as their working through different issues. The one thing that could use some improvement is ensuring that the data is updated in a timely matter each day. We are still in the process of integrating and getting set up on Optimove, and the team there has been brilliant and accommodating to our businesses needs, as we have yet to launch. I really appreciate all the contact hours to go through training and getting us up to speed on best practices and receiving info on how to fully maximize the benefits out of using their product.
