MineOS allows us to simplify our data privacy workflows by allowing our customer support team to save time on handling our customer's data privacy requests, while also making it easier for our engineering teams to integrate with a variety of data processing systems to ensure compliance with international regulations. MineOS is still growing and enhancing their product continously. While we onboarded more and more use cases we hit a couple limitations, e.g. around number of available user response templates, or cornercases on automated integration that we flagged towards the Mine support team to get addressed and fixed one at a time. MineOS is a great way to ensure all of your DSAR needs are centralized and controlled in the same location. It has made understanding our DSAR process so much more than ever before.
