The email build process from composer to scheduling is easy and streamlined. Setting and scheduling A/B, split tests are easy to set up and schedule.
List/coupon imports and appending profile fields to lists is simple and clean allowing for the easy addition of dynamic elements to customer data.
The product recommendations feature with Merchandise Blocks and Recipe Builder is also another area of the platform that is easy to use and experiment with.

Our integration rep and account manager are top-notch support. Truthfully, the only reason I didn't rate a 10 is that we originally had a very terrible rep. That person left the company and our new reps are absolutely top-notch. My only complaint is that the company knew our former rep was bad, but never replaced them. The user interface is pretty clunky. I'm on my way to a power user now and things are making more sense, but the GUI needs a redesign. And I don't just mean a facelift, functionality needs to be updated. They made some recent updates to the drip campaign program - which are quite nice. But reporting, account management, data/API feeds all need a modern update. The tool is powerful, very powerful, but the clunkiness of the interface is a deterrent. GXP has been a great addition to our file growth! We have been able to add thousands of names weekly to our file and have not noticed a substantial increase in unsubscribes. The program has been helpful in driving first purchases from new customers. It has also been very beneficial to have built-in creative services. We launched with GXP in the heart of 2020. With our internal resources limited and needing to quickly scale our owned audience, the GXP team assisted with the creation and launching of the full-on and offsite programs. This resulted in not only growing our new customers (and revenue), but also helped us launch and quickly grow our SMS list. SMS has now become one of our highest converting channels.

With constant testing of many variables and evolving best practices, the GXP team sometimes launches pieces of creative (subject lines) without full approval. The main "promotion" of the program is based around offering a discount to new subscribers. I have used many email platforms in the past and this one had the steepest learning curve. That is why I am so grateful to our account manager and Live Chat support, who help me when I need it most. Now that I have fully integrated, I prefer how Listrak is set up, compared to the others, because now I am better prepared for such a higher level of strategy and functionality. The platform isn't always the most user-friendly. Trigger email campaigns (especially with A/B testing) are tricky to set up without assistance, and there's no easy resend functionality. Additionally, some segmentation features are not included in the main service offering (such as products browsed or pages viewed on site), which would be nice to have in all plans. Listrak's support team is the best I have ever worked with. Not only is our account manager almost always available and extremely helpful, their other support features such as live chat and call center have helped me when I really needed it.
