Hootsuite is a good tool for me - I can manage all my social media accounts in one place - I can post on all social media at the same time. It's really easy to use, the accessiblity is easy. There are 2 things I don't like about Hoootsuite. Firstly, the AI is useless - I don't find it to be very good at all - it doesn't have a large range of topics and what it does write I find short and repetitive. Even using the section where it write content from a link, I find it to be inaccurate. It takes bits from the webpage but compeltely out of context that the post doesn't make sense! This is why I have given it a 6 review because its great if you want to write your own posts but if you want to save time and use the AI - it is not a good option. The main thing I like about Hootsuite is that now my team does not need to log in to every social network we have as a brand because they can answer everything from the same place, which was one of our purposes. Besides the fact to follow up promotions, resolve FAQs, and support our customers.

It is necessary to implement more features to automatize many processes under specific rules, for instance, the possibility to hide, tag, and auto-close certain interactions based on keywords. Something similar could be implemented with the automatic sentiment, even though is assigned taking into consideration the interaction context, it will be useful to feed this tool with keywords. I really like using Hootsuite! It makes social posting so much easier. I use a pared down version for the small business b2b marketing I do, and it still does everything I need.
