Je trouve l'aspect de l'écoute sociale nouveau utile ainsi que le fait d'avoir tous nos messages directs des réseaux sociaux en un seul endroit. J'aime aussi les analyses et les heures suggérées pour publier. Le support client a été bon, cependant j'ai quelques problèmes qu'ils n'ont pas pu résoudre. Je ne trouve pas utile de publier sur plusieurs plateformes de médias sociaux, ce qui est le but principal. Le principal problème est Instagram, il me dit constamment que mes photos sont mal dimensionnées, malgré l'utilisation de tailles de photos spécifiques à Instagram. Chaque fois que j'essaie de redimensionner mon image en "4x5", elle la remet au format carré et dit que mon image sera coupée. J'ai également eu des problèmes avec l'ordre des images dans le cadre d'une publication, ce qui change l'histoire qui accompagne la publication, surtout si la publication est une histoire avec du texte et des légendes que l'utilisateur est censé faire défiler. Hootsuite is a great scheduling tool. It saves time to be able to schedule posts all in one spot. It's easy to vary messaging depending on the platform, and I can upload custom graphics for every account if I want to. I love that I can see the posts scheduled for the month. My boss can go in and easily review post copy and edit if needed. The analytics tools are really nice. On the sm platforms themselves, they limit the timeframe in which analytics are available. I can compare yearly analytics to track growth. I love that I can view the most popular posts. Over time, I can see what is performing best, and that informs the choices I make for what our company continues to post or, conversely, not post if it's not performing well. I want to be able to schedule IG stories on the day I want them shared. I don't know if that is possible or not; perhaps that's a limitation that Hootsuite can't control. We would also like to be able to track the lost follower count on our IG handle. Would like to be able to set up tagging within the post - specifically LinkedIn. It's hard to remember to go into the post to edit it and add the tags. This seems to defeat the purpose of scheduling a post to begin with if I have to go in and edit it anyway. I don't like that the post is labeled as "posted by Hootsuite". Perhaps this is also required by the sm platforms, not really sure. Would like to have Bluesky connected to Hootsuite. The courses and certification process for Hootsuite were super easy to follow, full of great information, and made good use of time. I really enjoyed the video format of the course and the ability to change the speed, so I could learn as fast or as slow as I wanted.

As a nonprofit, we use Hootsuite almost daily, and it’s been a game-changer. Having all our analytics in one place for multiple platforms makes tracking what’s working (and what’s not) so much easier. The frequency of use wouldn’t be possible without how seamlessly it integrates with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The newer features, like competitor comparisons, are a great bonus and help us stay on top of trends. The interface can feel a bit clunky, especially after the recent updates. Selecting dates for comparison is kind of a hassle, and sometimes the graphs end up showing the wrong data, which can get frustrating. A simpler, smoother layout would make things way better! I create content for our entire year during the quiet time after Christmas and then schedule it all to go out throughout the year. This is for all the special event days. Then I use it all the time throughout the year whenever I create a post for our events so it goes to all channels at once. I love that I can create a post for our 4 SM channels and then slightly customise the post for each channel, or update it at a later stage.

I absolutely love the automation features of Hootsuite. It has made doing my job as a social media manager effective and efficent. I'm able to schedule content weeks and even months in advance all at once. This has freed up more time for me to focus on other areas in my role. The reports are also something I rely on heavily. The data and automated reports have allowed me to cut time gathering that data from each platform, all in one place. I use the reports to share out the analytics for our social not just with my team members but org wide. I'm a huge fan of Hootsuite overall, it's one of the best social media tools out there. I don't have much to dislike about hootsuite. The only thing I can think of is that I guess I don't use the ads or listening function. Mainly because I don't know how to use them or find a need for them. I like the number and variety of different features that allow me to manage the most important aspects of social media easily and efficiently. The user interface is super intuitive and not only simple to learn but also to teach. We recently had to add a few users to the team so we could tackle the large amount of social media inquiries we get on regular basis. It took one 30-minute session to explain the platform to my team and fully integrate the tools. We use Hootsuite every single day and it makes our jobs a lot more managable (and enjoyable). We've had trouble reaching out to a customer support rep in the past. We haven't tried to reach out again in a while and, to be quite honest, we didn't have the need to. When I first was given the task of handling the social media posting and engaging for my job, I was uncertain how I'd be able to manage. I am not someone who is active on social media enough to be able to keep up with logging in daily, posting consistently, and ensuring that there is a variety of posts on each platform. I immediately set up a Hootsuite account to manage this and was blown away by how easy it was to use and navigate. The planning calendar is an absolute gamechanger for me because I can create so many posts ahead of time and schedule them out on any platform I choose. I now am logging into Hootsuite everyday, even when I know that I don't need to, just to look at the calendar and see what's coming up. The software became a pivotal part of my daily work routine and I have since shared it with 2 other coworkers who are able to post on my behalf when I am unavailable. We all use different platforms and the ability to integrate our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts is something that makes the day that much smoother for us. My setup with Hootsuite was seamless, having had a great onboarding experience with Vania who provided wonderful support and answered any questions that I had.
