Hootsuite has allowed me to seamlessly schedule posts across multiple accounts, on different social media websites, with ease. It has saved me HOURS in managing inboxes, as I can do it all from one single place. Their customer service is also incredibly responsive and helpful, which makes any hiccups I encounter (both on their side, and my side) easy to figure out. One thing I don’t love about Hootsuite is the reporting section. When you have multiple brands and platforms connected, it can be a bit confusing, and reading the data isn’t always as clear as it could be. J'ai eu des difficultés à programmer des publications à l'avance. Parfois, elles disparaissent simplement et je dois les recréer. Hootsuite is fantastic for managing social media. The interface is easy to use, and implementing and scheduling posts across different platforms is super convenient and is a go to every day as a central point of all our social media. Managing multiple accounts and interacting with followers in one place is a huge time-saver.
The analytics tools offer valuable insights, helping me improve engagement.

I love that I am able to post on all platforms at once and customize each experience with tailored tags, hashtags, and other mentions. It makes it much easier when I can add links to Facebook and LinkedIn that allow it and customize differently for Instagram since characters tend to be shorter and link process is different. I love that ability to plan ahead-and to post on multiple socials. It makes social media management a breeze. In 30 minutes I can have all my social posts for a month for my two companies all planned out! The AI feature adds a little boost when I'm unhappy with my copy. I wish that it allowed me the ability to tag persoal accounts. I do a lot of posting for a business and would love to tag their sales reps in photos, however, it doesn't allow that. Once the post is live it's been very difficult to add a tag. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
I like how easy it is to use and the analytics tools that it offers. I've tried multiple social media managing apps/softwares and their analytics typically do not compare to the depth and relevance of the analytics that Hootsuite offers. I like how easy it is to manage and post on multiple social profiles all in one place. I think the least helpful thing about Hootsuite is not being able to see a feed layout. I know for most of our clients having a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing feed is essential for their brands and so having an option to view what your feed will look like with scheduled content would be helpful.
