Hiver helps our team stay organized and prevents the diffusion of responsibility in email chains with multiple recipients. With shared inboxes for different facets of our business (finance, leasing, etc.), Hiver ensures that the right team member is assigned to each thread. Hiver assigns every email in our inboxes, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. While there are settings to automatically close spam and ‘thank you’ emails, configuring these rules requires additional time and setup. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Before Hiver we were monitoring 4 email inboxes with 4 users all sharing. We were constantly checking eachothers inboxes if we were off for the day, and using our group chat to facilitate if someone had covered an email, etc. Now all our emials are in one place, theyre easy to find, reassign, and create notes for our follow co-workers. The only downside I have found to Hiver is it takes a little longer to find emails that have been previously closed. You can still find them, its just not as fast as it previously was, however i'll still take it as a win. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Parfois, Hiver ne se charge pas complètement dans mon e-mail et je dois actualiser. De plus, les étiquettes peuvent parfois devenir confuses ou être accidentellement modifiées par un mauvais clic. I like how easy it is to understand the UI. It's easy to follow and it's clear on when my coworkers submit a ticket i know exactly how to help them. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
I don't like how sometimes whenever a coworker responses to a past ticket and it reopens the same ticket. They should make it to where the sender has a option to reopen the ticket or just reply back to a message Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Hiver let's me see at a glance what my team is working on. I can get detailed stats on our reponse times. We can make notes within the system to ensure we are all on the same page. Setup was much easier than the first product we tried. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I appreciate Hiver's communication regarding updates and work times. The most helpful features are the ability to assign emails quickly and the comments section that is private to our team. It's also very helpful to have access to work inboxes so we can step in if someone in on vacation or away from work. It has been very helpful in organizing assigning and tracking work. It is very helpful to be able to comment and attach files directly to emails that are in discussion. It also helps with being able to organize my inbox to focus on what I need to. I would very much recommend this product and look forward to its future generations. We were looking for a solution for a shared customer service inbox that allowed us to assign emails. Hiver did this and more. There were lots of features that we loved- email templates, auto responses & analytics were some of my favotires! We used Hiver on a daily basis and were able to keep organized. I tried using the CSAT and everytime we closed an email it sent the survey but if a customer responded to the email instead of clicking an answer it would open the email back up and it was an endless cycle so eventually I just turned it off.

Hiver est facile à utiliser et à mettre en œuvre. Mon équipe peut facilement utiliser les boîtes aux lettres partagées pour accéder à tous les courriels nécessaires et travailler à partir de là. Hiver a rendu cela facile. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Le fait qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de mettre en copie tout le monde pour qu'ils aient accès à une information par email, il suffit de l'avoir dans une boîte partagée et d'avoir cette personne comme utilisateur de la boîte.
Les notes sont assez cool, de cette façon l'équipe peut laisser aux autres membres de l'équipe des informations importantes sans envoyer d'emails. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
