Great Recruiters is very helpful in catching feedback in real time from candidates. I enjoy being able to hear about their experience and using that feedback to improve my process. I enjoy the platform however I've found that when a review goes over a certain character limit, it tends to cut off in the graphic and doesn't show the whole review when you choose to post to social media. En tant que recruteur pour une petite agence de recrutement en soins de santé, locale et appartenant à des femmes, cette plateforme a été une ressource incroyable pour moi pour établir la confiance et la crédibilité avec les infirmières actuelles et potentielles. Un énorme avantage est que le démarrage et le site web sont super faciles à naviguer et très conviviaux!

Ce que j'apprécie le plus, c'est la facilité avec laquelle les infirmières peuvent laisser des commentaires après leurs missions. C'est tellement gratifiant de les voir partager leurs expériences, et les avis m'aident vraiment à mettre en avant les relations positives et personnelles que nous nous efforçons de construire avec nos voyageurs. Sans oublier que j'apprécie les critiques constructives/commentaires pour que nous puissions continuer à croître en tant qu'entreprise et en tant qu'individus.

Great Recruiters has been a great tool as a recruiter to have. It not only provides a platform for candidates to share there experience working with me, but also holds me accountable as a recruiter to create the best experience for my candidates. I like the metrics side of it as well and the competitive edge it provides as a recruiter too! Like I mentioned, the accountability piece is so helpful. Of course, the downsize in recruiting, is even when a situation is completely out of my hands as a recruiter, the candidate can take that frustration out on a review. The only downside to it, is having a couple reviews out there representing myself and our team in a situation out of our control. I like how easy the platform is to send to past and current candidates. Also their support team makes it easy with trouble shooting and even did a touch base call a few weeks after we started using the platform which was extremely helpful to review and bring up new questions.
