DocSend would be a 10/10 if they added: 1) the ability to silo folders/invididual content by email address so as to silo sensitive info - imagine running a sales cycle at a 10,000-person company, we don't want everyone to have the same access level to the entire folder & 2) ability for 3rd parties to add data to a shared space for improved document management Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Easy share and tracking signature was useful. I regularly use it to track the progress and the level of involvement when the receiver is going through the document that we have shared. Not being able to sign my own signature. It auto generated signature from the name I type. There are certain documents in which I need to have the same signature, and I was not able to put my signature accordingly. It would be better if we can freely draw the signature. I love the aggregated analytics. Engagement metrics really help you understand good and bad slides as well if someone is interested in your stuff. The e-signature is still pretty early. I wish their UX was a little different from their decks. YOu have to create a links, and it should be more like a consumable. I don't care about e-signature analytics as much either. they have similar functionality to docusign which is great but you cant chagne the actual anlaytics for this versus a deck. I like the functionality of spaces to be used as data rooms for our investment opportunities. This was the most seamless solution that we evaluated for this use case. It is easy to add and remove material from the data rooms and I especially like that you can change the settings for the access links without having to re-send them. I do not like the way that dual signers works in DocSend. It just doesn't fit our use case well. We need 1 or 2 people on the other end to sign a document and then 1 person on my team needs to countersign it. Right now, we can't countersign and that creates a big problem for us.
