It was really easy to get started with Deel. The on-boarding is clear and easy with proper guidance though all the steps. Customer Support is also quick to respond in case there are any unclear points. There are also mobile apps which keep you up to date by sending you push messages on important updates. I like how simple to use it is! Everything is well managed and I don't have to worry about anything from contractst to payments and currency conversion. I think it would be the days it take before it becomes available to bank accounts. I was expecting it to be like "interac" fast as salaries that is delayed even by a day is not a good experience for some.

Deel reçoit mes paiements et les envoie à mon compte bancaire avec peu ou pas d'interaction, ils continuent de mettre à jour leur plateforme pour améliorer la sécurité tout en assurant la facilité d'utilisation de leur plateforme, et si quelque chose n'est pas clair, ils sont là pour assister et résoudre toute question à travers leurs différents canaux de communication. Une chose particulière que j'ai aimée est que j'ai contacté pour un problème particulier avec mon compte, et l'agent est resté là autant qu'elle le pouvait, à un moment donné la demande a été escaladée et quelques jours plus tard elle a fait un suivi jusqu'à ce que le problème soit résolu, ainsi, il n'y a pas de problème laissé de côté.
