Last year when square bought Crew, they were awful with transfering our legacy membership over to their new app. Tried connecteam and it was so much more intuitive than Crew ever was! Love the job scheduling interface, it makes my job shuffling teams so much easier. What used to be a 3-4hour job is now done in an hour! Plus doing info blasts are super easy with their "updates". The app (at least on the manager side) is a bit slow to load between different tabs/sections. Chats don't always show up immediately even though you get notified of them, but it never takes more than a few minutes for the conversation to refresh and them to display. I haven't found any downsides in particular because it fulfills the basic needs of our small business. However, there are some features that we don't use because they don't quite work with our business. For example, the time-off request feature seems to automatically approve the time-off request unless I see it and deny the request. So we still use paper request forms for that. I have been using Connecteam for almost three years with my job event security and executive protection. My job locations vary day to day. I exclusively use this program on my cellphone. I like the ease of the use while clocking in and out with the timeclock. It easily links to my favorite map to provide directions. The chat program works with ease. The notifications can be set to the user's linking. The report writing templates are self explanatory and easy to navigate. I would recommend this program to other business owners. Connecteam makes it easy to stay in touch with your team & different departments all in one app! We love the rewards feature (you can give out tokens to your team members & they can choose which giftcards they would like to cash-in their rewards for), quizzes, Quick Tasks, & the recognition feature. One thing I wish was different about Connecteam is that there are may more admin features available on a computer versus using the app. One of these features is the events tool. Honestly, I haven't found anything to dislike about Connecteam. It’s rare to come across a platform that delivers exactly what it promises, but Connecteam does just that. From its user-friendly design to the range of features it offers, everything works seamlessly. If I ever had questions or needed help, their customer support team was quick to respond and super helpful.

Il a amélioré notre procédure de paie. Bien qu'il soit regrettable que CT ne s'intègre pas avec Xero Projects (nous attribuons des heures aux projets), il fournit tout de même une répartition utile sur les feuilles de temps des employés, ce qui rend mon travail beaucoup plus facile car nous utilisions auparavant des feuilles de temps papier. Connecteam est cher, surtout s'il y a des fonctionnalités pour lesquelles vous devez payer automatiquement mais que vous n'avez pas besoin d'utiliser. J'aimerais que l'application soit plus personnalisable pour chaque cas d'utilisation afin que vous ne payiez que pour ce dont vous avez besoin. We use the scheduleing tool to run our company of remote employees and schedule them at each job site. It works great and makes it easy for them to clock in and clock out and know where to be on which day. We have also started using the time off function to keep track of days off. We use the chat feature to keep in touch with group messages and post updates to keep our employes informed of things we need to put out quickly. Some things with the time off still have some room for improvement. It doesn't count known holidays seperate from the employees PTO. Sometimes adding new customer sites can be a little buggy but nothing that would prevent me from recommending the app. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

The scheduling functionality is great. I can replicate weeks, easily see when I have schedule conflicts and team members can request time off. It saves me a great deal of time. I also appreciate I can export timesheets directly into QuickBooks payroll. I use other features like announcements when I need confirmations that team members have read updates. Some team members prefer group texting over using the app. As an owner I prefer it since I control user access. I wish that new team members of a group were added to existing chats. Also, I would like to make someone inactive to return back (seasonal workers) without that counting towards my seats/users. If they're inactive it shouldn't count.
