I like the access it gives me as a business owner. Information about the scheduling of employees to stay organized, communication function to communicate with individual employees, or group announcements to keep my entire team updated on what is happening in our world. There isn't much I don't like. If I am nitpicking, I would say the minimum of 10 users for free (maybe allow two owners not to count toward the 10). My wife and I need access and count toward the 10 employees. As owners, it would be nice to have that feature to allow us a little extra break in cost. So far with inplimenting connecteam into our everyday scheduling and team communication we've seen a significant increase in available time... even less headache to find out whose available and not... now no more msg tag or phone tag. I love it! Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Theres really not too much about connecteam i dont like... maybe how on the app you cant set multiple calendar entries in a group they have to be done individually but on the browers version you can... id like to see multiple date entries on the schedule able to be made and set duration across the days for the work instead of creating them for the individual days one at a time if the job is reocurring unyil complete... you can set it that it continues but it only allows you to put a break in for the evening not stop the days work and commence again the following day... we can only put breaks in for jobs running longer than one day or just enter them in individually Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I find the separate time clock function the most useful along with the request function. Communication between my employees has never been so simple. They can send me a message to adjust or query anything whilst out on the road which ensures issues aren't forgotten. Separating the timeclocks for the different areas and times that teams work keeps monitoring working hours much easier. I use the system multiple times a day for communication and monitoring reasons. I haven't come across anything that has hindered the use of the system. Customer support sends emails and updates to ensure modifications are explained. Although I am unable to comment on the ease of integration at this point as we use a niche software system that we run payroll through so can not use the integration function. I like that I can schedule certain photographers to different locations. It's been nicer to help keep things written down. I have also loved being able to have my photographer use the clock in function while mobile. We don't have a location so they need to be able to clock in and out wherever they are. The integration into Google Calendar is rough. Yes, it is there, but it's not reliably quick. It takes a long while for things to transfer over. I may be using it incorrectly, but I don't think so. When using connect team I am able to keep all our information in one place and can choose who has access to each feature. It keeps everything connected and organized. One downside of Connecteam is that notifications are limited to the business you’re currently logged into. Since we manage multiple businesses on the platform, it would be helpful to receive notifications for all locations without having to switch between them manually. I've been using Connecteam for managing my team, and it’s been great. It’s simple to use, and I can assign tasks, track progress, and keep everyone on the same page. Quand j'assigne la tâche, n'importe qui peut la fermer. J'assigne particulièrement la tâche aux utilisateurs, mais malgré cela, n'importe quel membre peut fermer la tâche. Last year when square bought Crew, they were awful with transfering our legacy membership over to their new app. Tried connecteam and it was so much more intuitive than Crew ever was! Love the job scheduling interface, it makes my job shuffling teams so much easier. What used to be a 3-4hour job is now done in an hour! Plus doing info blasts are super easy with their "updates". The app (at least on the manager side) is a bit slow to load between different tabs/sections. Chats don't always show up immediately even though you get notified of them, but it never takes more than a few minutes for the conversation to refresh and them to display.
