A few clicks of my mouse and all my activities show up in Salesforce! Not sure what everyone else uses this application for but for me it works as an extension from Outlook. My company uses Salesforce where we can track sales activities and prior to Zynbit, the process of doing that was so unrealistically tedious; Zynbit makes it much easier. The only thing I could say (and I am not even sure if this would be considered a dislike) there is SO much you can do with this extension. You can add contacts into Salesforce, pull up opportunities, file emails into Salesforce. The list goes on! I like that Cirrus works behind the scenes and automatically logs my email communications- I can easily refer back to my sfdc instance and review my last communications with the customer.
