The integration disconnects often and requires me to pay attention to re-log in - this has led to some issues in tracking email activity that I had to search back for. Since it's not easy to pay attention to, sometimes a week's worth of emails went untracked in salesforce. It would be nice to be able to just set it and forget it. Being able to sync my activities right from my mailbox to my CRM. That is time-saving tool and every person with a busy schedule should be utilizing it. Apart from that, I also love the fact that I can create tasks for my CRM or "return to mailbox" (I love this), create account/contacts/leads/etc right from my mailbox. 1) It hangs up a lot sometimes. We are dependent on it for our day-to-day and when it doesn't work, it creates chaos. But it's a technology and there will always be bugs. Support team helps but sometimes it takes forever which I dislike. One of my co-worker is experiencing the same at the moment.
2) Not a lot of resources available to help us with different features. For example, I have no idea what the flight plans are and I am sure I could use them but I could not find good resources.
