First off, starting a new business, cost was a big thing. For the features ARI has, it was a no brainer. I can connect to QuickBooks, Mitchell1, send emails and texts from the software which is a big help when communicating with a customer. It has many other customizable features that make it so easy to use. It shows profit on each job and the job cards make it easy to see where I am in the process. THE REPORTS ARE POOR AND IS NOT ACCURATE MOST OF THE TIME. KEEPING TRACK OF THE PARTS INVENTORY AND EXPENSES IS ALSO NOT ACCURATE. J'aime vraiment pouvoir utiliser l'application sur mon téléphone pour scanner le VIN d'un véhicule, puis passer à mon ordinateur portable pour commencer la facture. J'aime aussi l'apparence professionnelle de la facture imprimée. L'historique de service Carfax du véhicule est une autre fonctionnalité intéressante. Le prix était initialement bon, mais le changement de tarification m'a poussé à chercher ailleurs d'autres logiciels. Il y a quelques bugs, comme lorsque je termine une facture, j'aimerais pouvoir changer le modèle de facture, mais cela ne permet pas de le changer (c'est un bug qui est actuellement en cours de correction). De plus, lorsqu'une facture est terminée, je devrais recevoir une invite pour que le client signe, au lieu de sélectionner Plus, puis sélectionner Signature du client.
