It is a powerhouse for a one-woman band like me! I like the breadth of journalists; the ease of use; the ability to measure who viewed / opened / clicked on the press release links. It is also nice to be able to easily search an organisation to find the journalists working on a specific topic. Within the journalists' profiles, I like being able to see their latest tweets. The database itself does still miss out a few journalists, so I have to be careful to ensure that those outside the database are also included. It can also be very slow to load, which can be a bit frustrating when putting together several media lists. I still find these flaws quite minor compared to other competitors that I trialed.
