My main dislike with Rent Manager is that whenever I've noticed something lacking with the program, it can take a very long time for it to be addressed, if ever. For example, when something seems that it should be so simple or logical to offer, they tell you to submit a feature request online. During the eight years we've been using this software, I have presented many feature requests, most of which were highly regarded by the Rent Manager employees who I shared them with. In my experience, the decision-makers at RM seem only to choose to address and consider a small fraction of these customer requests. No updates or feedback are provided on whether your request will be regarded as or even if it has already been considered. I have found this to be frustrating and somehwat insincere. To be clear, when a reasonable technical issue arises, they will do their best to resolve it within a few days.
