I like that it is a one stop shop, you can do everything through this program when it comes to leasing. You can run background checks, credit screenings, have them apply, and have them sign their lease through this program. For awhile On-Site was automatically adding deposits to our leases when this is not something it had previously done. The majority of our residents do not have to pay deposits upon move in because of excellent credit screenings and so it was inconvenient that we would have to resend lease corrections because On-Site was adding this... it took about a month to fix.
