Mi favorito absoluto es el espacio de trabajo virtual. Trabajar desde casa puede ser aburrido y un poco solitario. Poder hablar con compañeros de trabajo y participar entre llamadas me ayuda con mi energía y me da motivación. También me ha ayudado a construir relaciones sólidas con mi equipo.

I love how easy it is to use and how eveerything is thought to multiply your productivity as an SDR. You got parallel dialer, you can have numbers from different states and nooks automatically switches your number for better ocnnection rates, the fact that you get excellent recordings and transcripts from each call and reports so you have your metrics to see what is working and what's not. What I like about Nooks is that I'm able to utilize the outbound auto-dialer in a virtual workspace with my global team mates. Nooks allwos my colleagues and leadership to listen in to my calls in real time. It improves the rate at which I get my work done, along with making sure that I'm better equipped at hitting my targets, while also keeping that in-office feel, even though we're working with remote team mates scattered across the world.
Nooks incorporates AI technology that assesses conversations and summarizes notes for each call, saving critical time to ensure focus is spent on speaking with people and having clear, concise resources to do a good job.
Other aspects I like about Nooks is that during calls, you can see information stored in your CRM or view a prospect's LinkedIn profile simultaneously. It gives you everything you need, right when you need it. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
Nooks is still rapidly developing, so although they've got a handful of integrations, there's still a couple that are in the pipeline. I love how NOOKS automates so many things...like registering new outbound phone numbers, leaving recorded voice messages FOR you...skipping and / or removing duplicate and bad numbers...synopsizing your call very accurately witgh AI...and letting you know which contacts are most likely to pick up the phone...and MORE! Es genial poder marcar desde diferentes números. Nooks te permite elegir desde qué código de área te gustaría llamar y luego genera automáticamente un número para ti. Deseo que el historial del prospecto/cuenta se muestre automáticamente/más fácilmente cuando llamo. A veces, solo muestra cuándo contacté al prospecto por última vez, pero no muestra cuándo lo hizo mi BDR. Así que llamé a un prospecto que había dicho no a una reunión con mi BDR el día anterior. Definitivamente podría haber investigado un poco más, pero me hubiera gustado que esa información estuviera fácilmente accesible en la página de la cuenta.

What do I like best? EVERYTHING.
- Love that I don't have to be miserable listening to that wretched ringing or people's voicemails while waiting for someone to pick up.
- Love that it surfaces info relevant in an account when I'm speaking to a prospect.
- Love that it's robust - call quality is almost always perfect. (Used to use SalesLoft and I feel like 30% of my calls had bad connection.)
- Love that I could easily switch numbers.
- Love that I can customize persona cards.
- As a one-person team for a small and scrappy start-up, I love that Nooks let me do my job ie., cold calling people without me having to spend unnecessary time and effort in my execution.
- ALSO given this context above, I know that we are a itty bitty tiny client for Nooks BUT man, I feel like I'm treated like a VIP. I can ask q's and reach out to my account manager anytime and she's always incredibly helpful (shout out to Bridget for being a rockstar!) Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

The platform is great with friendly interface. Integrates seamless with our CRMs and the customer support is onspot no need to wait for hours. Nooks is a fantastic tool. Its always me to make many calls throughout the day without having to worry about picking up the phone andhanging up after each call. nooks allow syou to dial 5 numbers at a time and will drop the call if no one picks up. This has allowed me to contact more prospects. Also the ability to change phone numbers is very key as It allows me to call a prospect from tehir aea code which has increased my connect rate. Not many downsides, if anyone. The biggest issue is the dealyed pickup that we get. We dont generally hear the person say hello and have to read the transcrip to make sure have picked up. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
