While we are able to leverage SMS solution under one platform, analytics section can be slightly more manual and need you to toggle between 2 dashboards. I would absolutely recommend Listrak to friends, colleagues, and anyone looking for an ESP. Their platform is robust, yet user friendly, and their flexibility makes them a great partner.
But where they truly shine is account management! Our account manager, Rob, is top notch, always there when we need him and he’s not afraid to get his hands “dirty” when necessary. They put on a first class event (ConneXions) last year in Austin, TX that was educational, informative, and fun. We feel like we have a true partnership with Listrak.
