I enjoy the customization of the product and being able to export and review data in various ways. Our feedback received from users has been very insightful and helped with our web page testing. I like the attentive, responsive iPerceptions team that quickly responds to any of our concerns. I've yet to encounter a situation where the team takes too long to respond to my concerns. I also appreciate that the team checks in with us whenever they see abnormal activity. It helps bring abnormal site activity to our attention as well as any potential problems. Needing to add each person that wants access the custom iPerceptions dashboard through the iPerceptions team is pretty inconvenient. It would also be better if we were able to have brand/survey specific questions on the dashboard instead of just the generic questions that all brands/surveys have. The portal - it's very visual and easy to use. I can quickly find and interpret the data I need. Most importantly, the team at Astute works closely with our team to understand our needs and to adapt quickly as our needs evolve. With team members around the globe, the Astute team is always there to provide training to new team members (no matter the time zone) and answer any questions. Advanced analytics/data visualization within the portal. I've found working with Tableau in the tool can be difficult. Still, the team at Astute is always very accommodating with support and training opportunities so it will just require some more work on my end getting a grasp of Tableau. Our professional services contacts have always been top notch, understands our needs and addresses them promptly. They do a wonderful job of supporting our needs and providing the voice of customer feedback. The Astute Voice of Customer platform allows us to learn more about our website visitors - not only why they came to the site and whether they were able to successfully complete their purpose of visit - but also the tool lets you add customized questions and answers such as 'How often do you visit the site?
