What I like most about the platform is that it's easy to use, intuitive, and I can find all the information centralized within the platform. The only thing I didn't find (and maybe it's due to my lack of experience) that would be interesting to me is a direct contact channel with the contractor within Deel to centralize doubts and problems related to contracts and payments. I didn't easily find this function on my platform.

I've been using Deel for a month now, as a contractor. It's my first experience with the platform so I was quite curious how it would compare to others. Initial setup and registration went quite smoothly once the company sent out my invitation. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out everything I needed within short notice on the platform, this included things like payments and leave. Both of which are clearly communicated on the dashboard and easy to apply for. The next part was documentation and requesting of papers. There's a clear system for it as well and I experienced no issues requesting paperwork.

I do feel like the initial registration did go slightly slower than I would have liked but that is mostly due to the authenticator and the systems they've built to make sure you are who you say you are. Deel is a great solution for freelancers & contractors. It cover all the contract terms terms review & signature to receivables' collection process - via integration with banks or virtual accounts (Pioneer, PayPal, etc.) in a very formal, complete, professional way.

This is paramount when working remotely and receiving cross-border payments (in my case, from a US company to me in as a resident in Spain, working remotely).

I was impressed by how contracts are made available in the platform. Deel makes it easy and includes all necessary formalities ensuring full compliance with tax regulations associated.
