Cloudtalk es una plataforma de llamadas con aspectos que son superiores a otros telefonos IP, cuentan con diversos numeros (dependiendo de tu subscripcion) esto ayuda a que el contacto con los prospectos o futuros clientes sea mas cercano y tengan mas confianza al momento de tomar la llamada, hago mas de 30 llamadas al dia con Cloudtalk y en cuanto a estabilidad y conectividad del software es realmente completo, por ultimo tiene opciones de analisis muy buenas ademas de un servicio al cliente realmente completo, en terminos de integracion, actualmente lo utilizo con Hubspot y el procceso no tomo mucho tiempo ni recursos. Aunque es una herramienta realmente completa, deja mucho que desear al momento de Implementarla y utilizarla por primera vez, pues todos los tutoriales y material de aprendizaje estan en ingles y una persona que no hable el idioma puede resultar algo complejo, tengo compañeros que esto les resulta un poco molesto al momento de querer buscar algo en especifico de la herramienta, implementarlo toma tiempo pero si se cuenta con el personal adecuado resulta facil de hacer.
