No creo que haya otra manera de proceder al usar un servicio como este debido a lo fácil que es usar cloud talk, lo fácil que es instalarlo e integrarlo en mi vida laboral diaria, y el hecho de que lo uso todos los días sin absolutamente ningún problema al abrirlo, configurarlo o lidiar con cualquier problema, dice mucho sobre él. cloud talk is very easy to use and the implementation part is THUMBS UP. I have been using cloud talk now for a while and the experience is pretty good. I am able to connect with my prospects without any hindrances who resides abroad. I can able to make calls frequently and can able to connect with them and it's like making calls through our normal cell phone.

The ease of use is pretty good. it offers support for various mobile and web platforms which makes it using quite easy. customer service is exceptional even tho they dont have any toll-free or customer support call lines however agents on chat pretty much resolve all the issues on time. getting it intergrated is also pretty easy since it has a native support for many CRMs. Calling rates are quite competetive as well. I work for marketing team and I do believe cultural rapport with the customers/prospects is a pivotal aspect when it comes to handling clients abroad. Cloud talk has helped me achieve this aspect with their international call plan facility. I am currently using it frequently for APAC countries.

También me encantan las funciones más difíciles y el hecho de que el servicio de atención al cliente (especialmente Lucía y Daniela, pero también otros) me ayuden rápida y claramente a entender los mecanismos más difíciles y complejos. La aplicación ciertamente necesita algunas mejoras, careciendo de funciones básicas como intentos de devolución de llamada perdidos visibles en pulgadas perdidas. Pero también es difícil establecer devoluciones de llamada inteligentes desde la pestaña de perdidos, cuando, por ejemplo, uso activamente 3 números de teléfono. En la propia analítica a veces también muestra errores y, por ejemplo, no puedo abrir pasos de llamada en una pestaña separada usando solo el botón del medio, me veo obligado a hacerlo en la misma pestaña y luego, cuando regreso, me devuelve al principio.
