We had to do six hours of onboarding webinar classes before we could even begin. The classes were all scheduled in Europe time, meaning we were up all hours of the night and morning to do these classes.
We couldn't even talk to tech support till after the classes.
Then they set up our blank instance and said "Go to it!". By the way there is no sandbox environment, everything you do is in the live database and there are LOTS of things that CANNOT be undone once you do them, but there's no warning that this is the case.
Basically we ended up spending lots of time staring at boring webinars and then were presented with a nearly-empty app and expected to build it out ourselves with no sandbox environment to test things, and knowing that some changes are irreversible.
