Apptivo is an incredibly powerful and versatile software, but with so many options and opportunities, it can be challenging to learn. Fortunately, Apptivo’s customer support has never let me down! While every agent I've interacted with has been helpful, one stands out above the rest—Kal. Their level of customer service is outstanding, and their product knowledge is truly exceptional.

Unlike most agents who can simply direct me to the right page or resource, Kal can practically navigate the system for me. Their expertise goes far beyond basic website navigation—they have an in-depth understanding of workflows and best practices for my business, making every interaction seamless and efficient. When I chat with Kal, it genuinely feels like I’m speaking to the person who designed Apptivo themselves. Their knowledge is that impressive! If anyone deserves a promotion, it's Kal. I don't really dislike anything about it, it is just a lot to learn to fully understand it. My only complaint might be because it is so in depth, that the more i learn, the more value i feel like Im gaining, but it doesnt have the same training certificates as salesforce. It is always a wonderful feeling when you reach out to customer service and you get an individual who is amazing at what they do. That was my case today with Apptivo. Naresh assisted me in accomplishing a task that has had me stalled in the waters for months. I don't know why I dind't reach out sooner. Ina matter of minutes Naresh solved my problem. We were able to customize the nomenclature and build of the individual modules to best represent our workspace and industry. There are both web and mobile-based views to allow for easy-on-the-go use the product. We have also had incredible customer service; between linking to Google forms, complex linking between platforms, and cumbersome database building, they are always responsive and helpful with our issues. Uno de los inconvenientes que diría es que Apptivo está un poco demasiado enfocado en las ventas de software; no tiene realmente la flexibilidad para permitirme usar toda su funcionalidad para ventas más complejas, es decir, programas de aprendizaje y desarrollo que son personalizados para los clientes. Además, la conversión de prospecto a contacto realmente no funciona para nosotros, ya que nuestros prospectos tienden a ser en forma de oportunidades, es decir, tenemos oportunidades/prospectos con clientes existentes y nuestra relación es más con la empresa que con el individuo.
