AgilOne is a great tool for the marketer looking to take his or her brand to the next level. This solution has been well thought out and can provide great segmentation and campaign flexibility out of the gate. The challenge is that the marketer needs to be ready to invest a lot of time into strategizing, planning and executing these new campaigns, or hiring a marketing agency to help with that. One of the things I dislike about the current AgilOne solution is that any of the marketing execution outside of building a customer list has to come from outside sources.
