I liked how easy it was to set up. I also like that it gathers event logs, syslogs, performance counter data, and network traces and then it gives suggestions on how to improve. Not as clunky as some of the ones that our company has used in the past.
I’m not crazy about some of the features that are lacking. It’s doesn’t always give me the flexibility I need.
The UI is quite user-friendly, especially when it comes to the Dashboards, which has numerous graphs which make the experience satisfactory.
