While implementing, we experienced a lot of changes in the main contact point. We had three different customer success managers in a reasonably short time. That could be handled differently.
Update: We even had more changes of points of contact and the level of ticket support is far under the expected reasonable level. After creating wichlist items a while ago none of these have been implemeted. Don't get me wrong, I understand not all wishess will be fullfilled and we do not decide on the roadmap as customers. However none of the 20+ items where we do get reasanable reactions, or they are not implemented in a usefull manner. These where eddid on request of the CSM. I like that it is focused on the specific tasks and job of the Customer Success Manager. Totango helps to organize the CSM's daily activities and allows me to monitor team performance against goals.
