We needed a SIP Trunk and channels and within 10 minutes of signing up to Telnyx we had a Trunk and Channels up with a phone number.

Porting our exisiting numbers was also easy, and within a few weeks we had our numbers on the system.

Everytime we have reached out to the Support or Billing Teams @ Telnyx they have responded quickly and always answer any questions, no matter how abstract they can be at times.

Während der Support schnell war. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die erste Person, mit der ich sprach, mir einige Informationen über das vorliegende Problem gab. Allerdings war sie abweisend und meinte, es sei kein Fehler, den ich in ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich fallen würde. Mit der Einstellung "wir haben unseren Teil getan, es ist nicht unsere Schuld, dass die SMS-Nachricht nicht angekommen ist". <- Als es gelöst wurde, erwähnte jemand anderes den Aktionsplan, um zu verhindern, dass dieses Problem erneut auftritt. I have only ever had minor issues when using the Telnyx platform, and any issues I've ever had have been resolved quickly by reashing out to support. I use SIP Trunking, messaging and IOT services and they've all been extremely simple to integrate with my platform. Implementation with my own internal tools was a snap and I use it everyday. We use Telnyx for our voice agents. Their infrastructure has been rock solid, and they've integrated nicely with LiveKit and other vendors. HD voice is an awesome feature, and being able to do things like buy phone numbers programmatically has helped us scale.

I use Telnyx for SMS notifications from one of my websites and I actually integrated it myself with minimal effort. ChatGPT was able to parse the documentation and provide successful boiler-plate code for me to get started. I found it extremely straight forward and easy to use.
