as a user what I don't like about salesforce is that it is very expensive espically for small bussiness and startups and as a developer when you are dealing with large amount do data so the reports and dashnord can run slowly and sometimes governor limit can restrict the complex operation. We use Salesforce to track all the sales pipelines and manage the accounts of multiple users. I like the fact that it has made our lives easier, and we can track everything in one place without maintaining multiple Excel sheets for many tasks. 2-Extensive custimization.

3-It supports multi-tenancy.

Overall salesforce is good but there are a few things I noticed in the form of dislikes:

High subscription cost for small businesses.

Some pages are slow to load because they are cloud-based.

I like how user friendly the software can be out of the box. Even from a developer perspective, they make it easy to create your ideas and plans.
