As an employee, Rippling is a very easy app to use. The interface is simple, and easy to understand and work around. Viewing my paychecks is simple and easy to do, without needing to constantly download a pdf to view my paycheck. Submitting time off requests is also a very simple process. Very simple to navigate the pages, everything is laid out clearly. My boss had no problem setting it up and setting up my account was just as easy as the rest of it. The payment section is easy to read which is something that's normally difficult for me. The people directory is extremely helpful for when I've needed to get in contact with one of my co workers, but I didn't have their number.
