It has tons of features that makes our lives easier everyday! I love how it is easy to visualize the information and that I can create reports to gather data for analysis. I like to create automations on the platform for reminders etc. Every time we need assistance, we always reach out to to the CS team and they are always available to help us out. That for people registered in another country, setting up their bank account and getting it verified is very tricky and usually takes a while. There’s little to dislike, but occasional navigation issues can arise when exploring less frequently used features. Some advanced customizations require a learning curve. The UI isn't bad but sometimes it can be hard to find the feature that you're looking for. Especially since Rippling keeps developing and updating the application (This is a good thing). Sometimes features have moved from one location to another and I struggle to find where I need to go to do what I'm trying to do. There's also a few times where the application hasn't been as flexible as we would like it to, especially I would like there to be a "back" button on a lot more forms than there are now. -Applying for leave/Work from home etc is quite simple.
-The way it shows the org structure is marvelous.

As a nurse employed by copilot IQ, I use rippling daily for time management and overall it's been a great tool and easy to implement. I like how user-friendly the platform is clocking in and out is seamless, and I appreciate the automatic tracking of my hours. As of recently, I have started using Rippling with a company I started working with last month. This is the easiest straightforward payroll system that doesn't seem to have many issues if any at all compared to their competitors, such as something like ADP. I am able to get all of my financial records and information from them easily, and signing in is also really easy and simple. I have had issues with other companies or payroll systems that do not function as well as this one. I never have issues logging in. When I used other platforms similar to this one, I would have to contact my manager to get into the app more times than not, because it would say that my password wasn't correct, even though it absolutely was. I have not had any issues with Rippling on that kind of issue!! So far, Rippling is awesome! I thoroughly like the set up of things and how easy it is to access my financial information, as well as access to the system itself. Thank you to the Rippling team! The platform is visually appealing and easy to use. The fact that there is an app also adds to the seamless use of this product. Typically I check Rippling once a week. in April of 2024, it was very difficult to reset my password.
Whenever I tried resetting it the new password I just set did not let me log in. Eventually it locked me out of my account for 48 hours, and I really needed access at that point. It was really a technical glitch because I know I was using the correct password (I had just reset it) but it never accepted the new password I created.
I just did this again in 2025, and did not have the same problem. But when it happened in 2024, it was a big problem I was frustrated for sure as it was just a glitch but locked me out of my account. Bewertung gesammelt von und auf G2.com gehostet.
Zunächst einmal finde ich, dass jede HR-Funktion, die man möglicherweise benötigt, sehr sichtbar und leicht zugänglich ist. Vom Einreichen von Urlaubsanträgen bis zum Zugriff auf Ihre Leistungen ist alles ziemlich direkt verfügbar. Ich mag auch die App-Integrationen, die mit Rippling möglich sind, wie zum Beispiel Lattice. Die Laptop-/Software-Update-Erinnerungen von Rippling sind ebenfalls sehr hilfreich und ich finde die Gehaltstag-Erinnerungen auch nett/süß. Auch bei meiner Einstellung in meinem Unternehmen war die Nutzung der Onboarding-Checkliste über Rippling unglaublich einfach - es war ehrlich gesagt die reibungsloseste Onboarding-Erfahrung, die ich je bei einem Arbeitgeber hatte.
