I absolutely hate cold calling. Its actually my arch nemesis however, the frustrations I have had in the past with cold-calling are resolved using Nooks. The software makes cold calling a breeze and the smart list are a major reason I have to give it to them. I am reaching people who are opening my emails in real time, and have actionable calls. Again, I hate and despise cold calling but at least I am targeting people who are more likely to engage and on top of that, not spending my entire day calling. I can reach 50 people quick and easy. The auto dialer is a game changer when it comes to outbound cold calling. What used to take me 4 hours can now be accomplished in 1 with similar to better pickup rates, spam recognition, and smart filters. It helps keep track of my dials and it helps the teams get the social aspect of the job with the nooks rooms.

It sometimes bugs, and we even have a joke on the team about it, it sends you to the eternal call mode sometimes, and other times the platform just doesn't respond.

Also, It used to not record the incoming calls, but this is no longer the case.

The auto dialing feature along with the Linkedin integration are unbeatable. I think that pulling up the most relevant info from LinkedIn helps, when sometimes the information from Salesforce isn't always the most up-to-date. I like how efficient Nooks is to use. Using this platform has helped me save so much time on calling prospects. I am able focus my time on connects and strategies rather than the manual work that is done through other platforms. I also like Nooks ability to integrate with my other platforms that I use.
