Mein absoluter Favorit ist der virtuelle Arbeitsplatz. Von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten, kann langweilig und ein wenig einsam sein. Mit Kollegen sprechen und sich zwischen den Anrufen engagieren zu können, hilft mir mit meiner Energie und gibt mir Motivation. Es hat mir auch geholfen, solide Beziehungen zu meinem Team aufzubauen.

I love how easy it is to use and how eveerything is thought to multiply your productivity as an SDR. You got parallel dialer, you can have numbers from different states and nooks automatically switches your number for better ocnnection rates, the fact that you get excellent recordings and transcripts from each call and reports so you have your metrics to see what is working and what's not. What I like about Nooks is that I'm able to utilize the outbound auto-dialer in a virtual workspace with my global team mates. Nooks allwos my colleagues and leadership to listen in to my calls in real time. It improves the rate at which I get my work done, along with making sure that I'm better equipped at hitting my targets, while also keeping that in-office feel, even though we're working with remote team mates scattered across the world.

Nooks incorporates AI technology that assesses conversations and summarizes notes for each call, saving critical time to ensure focus is spent on speaking with people and having clear, concise resources to do a good job.

Nooks is still rapidly developing, so although they've got a handful of integrations, there's still a couple that are in the pipeline. I love how NOOKS automates so many things...like registering new outbound phone numbers, leaving recorded voice messages FOR you...skipping and / or removing duplicate and bad numbers...synopsizing your call very accurately witgh AI...and letting you know which contacts are most likely to pick up the phone...and MORE! Ich wünschte, die Historie des Interessenten/Kontos würde automatisch/einfacher angezeigt, wenn ich anrufe. Manchmal wird nur angezeigt, wann ich zuletzt den Interessenten kontaktiert habe, aber nicht, wann mein BDR es getan hat. Also habe ich einen Interessenten angerufen, der am Tag zuvor ein Treffen mit meinem BDR abgelehnt hatte. Ich hätte definitiv ein wenig mehr recherchieren können, aber ich hätte diese Informationen gerne direkt auf der Kontoseite zugänglich gehabt.

What do I like best? EVERYTHING.

- Love that I don't have to be miserable listening to that wretched ringing or people's voicemails while waiting for someone to pick up.

- Love that it surfaces info relevant in an account when I'm speaking to a prospect.

- Love that it's robust - call quality is almost always perfect. (Used to use SalesLoft and I feel like 30% of my calls had bad connection.)

- Love that I could easily switch numbers.

- Love that I can customize persona cards.

- As a one-person team for a small and scrappy start-up, I love that Nooks let me do my job ie., cold calling people without me having to spend unnecessary time and effort in my execution.

- ALSO given this context above, I know that we are a itty bitty tiny client for Nooks BUT man, I feel like I'm treated like a VIP. The platform is great with friendly interface. Integrates seamless with our CRMs and the customer support is onspot no need to wait for hours. I really like the way it helps me make my outbound calling fun and effective. Nooks is a fantastic tool. Its always me to make many calls throughout the day without having to worry about picking up the phone andhanging up after each call. nooks allow syou to dial 5 numbers at a time and will drop the call if no one picks up. This has allowed me to contact more prospects. Also the ability to change phone numbers is very key as It allows me to call a prospect from tehir aea code which has increased my connect rate.
