Training is severly lacking. Learning Maxio has been quiet tough. I have administrative level knowledge of many Saas platforms but this one has had the worst learning experience by far. The UI is awful. It is not intuitive at all and the use of certain words like "transaction" are so different from how they are normally used that it causes confusion. It really needs a major UI and platform update to be more user friendly.

Honestly, if Maxio had a Quickbooks add-on instead of a seperate platform I would enjoy that much more. Since Maxio is not robust enough to live in it, it creates a third platform between Hubspot and Maxio to go into causing extra time.
