Their Customer support team is fantastic. If we have a problem with Adapt or our LMS, we can call and receive instant support to resolve any issues or questions we may have. I can't say there is anything that we dislike about Learning Pool. Coming from Absorb, this system has been a challenge. We have the LXP and did not truly understand the differences between that and the LMS offered. This system is not very friendly to "scores" with the default accountability only being completion.

The video storage limitation of 700k per files has been a challenge as well causing many to be degraded to work.
