Ezlynx is so behind in technology and expensive for what it offers. EVA (Supposed to be EZLynx AI) is Embarrassing on the AI age. EZLynx couldn't come up with a basic bot? EVA is Embarrassing on today time being the age.

I asked Eva very basic questions like who my top 10 clients are premium wise. Or my largest policies and a few other basic questions. Who should I contact for this? I love that it is easy to use. It really does everything. From the way that it is laid out with the Overview page to Activity and Documents, it's very easy to find what you are looking for when you need to. The Overview page has the perfect amount of information displayed. It has the base details of each policy without going overboard with too many details. And I love how easy it is to attach emails directly from Outlook. However, the best part of EZLynx is their Customer Support. Every time that I have had to reach out to have something corrected that I can't figure out, the customer support is quick, friendly and helpful. Literally everything you would ever want from your tech support. There are still some technical issues. Quite often the things that we need to fix in the accounts is downloads coming in out of order. I don't know that there is a good fix for that though. One thing that I find kind of annoying is that when you are creating a task, the drop down box to assign the task to a specific policy is in reverse order from the way that the policies are displayed. It isn't a problem at all if there are only a couple of policies on the account but a few of our accounts have multiple landlord policies. The learning curve is slightly steep for beginners, but training helps. Some reports need better customization. Occasional system slowdowns occur during peak hours. THERE IS NO COMMON PLACE (AREA) TO KEEP PERMANENT APPS AND SIGNED DOCUMENTS WHERE THEY CAN BE EASILY LOCATED.

EVERYTHING APPEARS IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, RATHER THAN BY "TABS" OR "LABELS" THERE SHOULD BE A TAB FOR "APPLICATIONS" "ACCOUNTING" POLICIES, CLAIMS/LOSSES, CLIENT CONVERSATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS, REJECTIONS, CERTIFICATES.

THE COI SECTION IS TERRIBLY CONFUSING AND HARD TO WORK WITH. IT IS NOT AS USER FRIENDLY AS OTHER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.

AN ACCOUNT MANAGER SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE SEVERAL FILES OPEN AT ONE TIME.

Die Beleg- und Rechnungsstellung ist miserabel, die Textplattform ist absolut schlecht (Antworten haben keine Kontinuität, da sie als E-Mail erscheinen und nicht an den Text-Thread angehängt werden), das Einreichungszentrum ist schrecklich, und die Eingabe von Informationen zu Policen im Bereich der gewerblichen Versicherungen ist äußerst schwierig. Nichts an diesem System ist "EZ". Ganz offen gesagt, wir hassen dieses System.

Darüber hinaus hat es, als wir vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr zu EZ Lynx gewechselt sind, über 9 Monate gedauert, bis wir das Gefühl hatten, unsere Produzenten korrekt zu bezahlen. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir keine Klage wegen Arbeitgeber/Arbeitnehmer-Vergütung bekommen haben, und es lag zu 100 % daran, dass EZ Lynx nicht in der Lage war, unsere Anforderungen an die Provisionsverfolgung zu erfüllen, wie sie es versprochen hatten. The quote rater even when putting in the claims is not as close as I would like on premiums. Have to go into the carrier sites to get better ideas on premiums. EZLynx has made managing my clients accounts, notes, and carrier downloads a breeze. The ability to use them, not only as a comparative rater, but also keep notes, link to outlook, and assign tasks to my team has really improved follow-ups and efficiency. EzLynx is an extremely user friendly experience for all insurance agencies. I have worked with multiple CRMs, but EzLynx has continued to accel above and beyond its competitors.
