The best thing about Deel is the number of options in which one could get paid in, also the commission rates are the lowest I have seen compared to other platforms I have used in the past. I really like how easy it is to use, very simple and effective to implement payments. In some occasions you could even get paid earlier then the predetermined payment day. And the withdrawl option pays you in seconds which I have never seen in other platforms as far as payroll. The platform is well integrated and it has a good number of features as well as a lot of discounts with many online compoanies. I use it frecuently and never had any issues with not one payment, something i cannot say with other patforms. If any questions, their customer service replies very quickly and they effectively help you faster than expected given customer service most of the time take their time to even reply to any questions. It also provides great customer service, although I never had the urgency to receive support, there was a time when I was trying to track my money and they offered a direct phone call and it was easy and seamless to resolve my issue.
