The only thing I could say (and I am not even sure if this would be considered a dislike) there is SO much you can do with this extension. You can add contacts into Salesforce, pull up opportunities, file emails into Salesforce. The list goes on! That being said, because you have so many functions you could utilize, the menu looks cluttered at times and sometimes I forget where certain buttons reside! I like that Cirrus works behind the scenes and automatically logs my email communications- I can easily refer back to my sfdc instance and review my last communications with the customer.
