BambooHR ist ein zentraler Ort für all meine HRIS-, Leistungs-, Gehaltsabrechnungs-, HCM-, Rekrutierungs-, Onboarding-, Offboarding-, Mitarbeiterengagement- und Leistungsmanagementbedürfnisse und noch mehr. Ich liebe, wie alles interagiert/integriert und äußerst intuitiv ist. Die Implementierung war lang, aber sehr gut strukturiert, was den Prozess reibungslos machte. Jedes Mal, wenn ich eine Frage habe oder hatte, sind sie sehr schnell mit der Antwort und der Unterstützung. Payroll & Time Tracking don't fully integrate. We were told they did and that, after explaining the complexities associated with non-profit accounting and payroll, that we would be able to download a single report to import ot QBO. This is not the case. We have to compile 3 separate reports to get all the info we need. When we requested a meeting with Payroll Support to discuss building a single report that would take some of the workload off my plate, we were told they "don't meet with people." Not very supportive. Payroll support has also be incredibly less responsive than HR Support. We have been asking for a while if there could be an option to make Project Tracking mandatory for time-sheet entries as that would also reduce our work-load. BambooHR also appears to have messed up something during our import process which has cost of significant extra time in correcting and issing appropriate documents. We use Bamboo HR every day. Two things I like most about Bamboo HR is the ease of use. For the entire employee life cycle employees find it intuitive. Secondly, the number of integrations that are available and are easily implemented. Customer support is always helpfull to work out any problems in a friendly professional manner. Ausgezeichnet zur Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen, da es die Verwaltung von freien Tagen, Vorfällen, Urlauben oder jeglichen Eventualitäten bezüglich der Mitarbeiter erleichtert. Es ist auch unglaublich, Schulungen innerhalb der Plattform durchführen zu können und unsere Mitarbeiter auf dem neuesten Stand und vorbereitet zu halten, etwas, das auf anderen Plattformen nicht zu sehen ist. Die Dokumentenkontrolle ist ebenfalls einfacher, da Bamboo es ermöglicht, die Dateien jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters sicher und leicht zugänglich für den Mitarbeiter und den Arbeitgeber zu haben. Es ist auch möglich, auf das Organigramm und den Kalender des Unternehmens zuzugreifen, um sie zu konsultieren und so die Zeit und Verfügbarkeit der Mitarbeiter der Organisation zu kennen. Die Implementierung war unglaublich einfach, da der Zugang und die Nutzung für die Mitarbeiter sehr intuitiv sind, sodass die Anpassung an die Nutzung sehr schnell erfolgt. Der Support hat uns auch geholfen, wenn wir etwas aktualisieren oder konfigurieren wollten, was sehr nützlich ist, da es sich an die Bedürfnisse und Veränderungen des Unternehmens anpasst. Es scheint mir, dass das einzige Feedback ist, dass es großartig wäre, Erinnerungen zu erhalten, falls Manager aus irgendeinem Grund die Anfragen ihrer Teams für Urlaubstage und/oder Freizeit übersehen oder vergessen, damit sie nicht lange als ausstehend auf der Plattform bleiben, sondern bis zur Annahme oder Ablehnung der Anfrage erinnert werden können. Because this is a US-based company, support can only be reached during US business hours and not NZ business hours. There is a delay in support response time as a result of this.

* Seriously.. who knew an HR platform could be 'FUN'? :) There are little quips when you receive certain email notifications (such as 'alright! go check it out' when a file being shared with you), or when receiving email reminders, they don't feel like 'nagging', but instead modern & 'human'. Those little touches make a difference!
* The app was VERY easy to learn & maneuvre through. Although I'm still learning (there are so many MORE fun pockets that I haven't even EXPLORED yet!), the format is VERY user-friendly, as well as appealing to the eye!
* When moving over from our previous platform, there was a concern with the change, as with any change! But there was absolutely nothing to worry about, with BambooHR.. it was such a smooth transition.
* I personally use BambooHR net for work timesheet entries, time off requests, document uploads, and contact information; as well as using the People & Files tab, when necessary. (How great to be able to search the Directory for co-workers I haven't been introduced to yet! :)) I also appreciate the tab for any Training reminders as well! The platform also makes it super simple to change any personal information, as needed along the way! (the process we had before was much more in-depth & involved more parties, than just this simple 'click of a button'!)
* BambooHR feels very 'personalized' and I have no doubt that Customer Service Support would feel the same when or if I need to utilize them! <3
* I LOVE how 'there's an app for that!' - it's so convenient when you're not at work, but are needing to schedule or view an element of BambooHR, via mobile!
* You can also feel rest-assured with your privacy, with their two-factor authentication, which is an added bonus.

Das UI/UX war ziemlich gut. Es war recht intuitiv und gut strukturiert. Es gab einige Bereiche, die als Manager schwieriger zu navigieren waren, wie zum Beispiel der schnelle Zugriff auf Ihr Team und dann auf die Daten einzelner Teammitglieder, aber insgesamt war es kein Nachteil. Ich mag den Zahlungstab und wie alle meine finanziellen Angelegenheiten aufgelistet sind. Ich mag die Funktionen des Organigramms. The platform is clean and pleasant to look at. It is eay to navigate, with a dashboard that has everything at a quick glance. Der ATS hat meine Arbeit erheblich erleichtert. Ich bin von Stapeln von Lebensläufen und endlosen E-Mails, die hin und her fliegen, zu allem an einem Ort und einfacher Zusammenarbeit mit meinen Einstellungsmanagern übergegangen. Das System kann nach der Implementierung schwer zu navigieren sein. Ich muss mir viele fortgeschrittenere Funktionen selbst beibringen, und das hat zu einigen Wachstumsschmerzen geführt, die ich für unnötig halte. Hilfsressourcen sind vorhanden, aber sie sind nicht immer leicht zu finden. Online-Chat-Hilfe scheint nie zu funktionieren, weil sie während Hochlastzeiten abgeschaltet wird.
