SPS's customer service team is top-notch. Fast responses and quick resolution is the norm. The consistency of processes between trading partners is also nice so that we're not relearning a new system every time we bring on a new partner.

This is industry specific- I wish that larger retailers would integrate sales reporting, and purchase orders into one platform. Getting setup with and supported by retailers is a really clunky, expensive process.
