I like the way EDI transactions integrates with Oracle Order Management.
I disliked the fact that it is sort of programmable language driven and can be difficult to learn of you are not familiar with managing databases on the back end.
Salesforce is extremely powerful on a number of levels. First it is an excellent contact manager, but also it contains customer information on many levels such as Contacts, Leads, customer history, opportunities, and much more.
Wish there was a "help" blip on certain screens/items
