Poor design. Opera looks like an outdated 90s app. The tool shows very user-friendly interaction. Process speed is not consistent while lagging occurred occasionally. There're some glitches and errors occurring on a daily basis that makes the data entry...
What I like best is that the user interface made it easier to grasp as a first time learner. Customer support was quick to help even for the littlest issue.
I find it dated and clunky. User experience harkens back to legacy PMSs and really lacks the modern interface that makes training staff quicker. Date navigation is very slow, no drag and drop, screens are basic in what data they show, convoluted setup....
