**What do you like best about 360HMS?**

360HMS stands out by bringing almost every hotel-operation module under one umbrella. It handles reservations (both individual and groups), check-in/check-out, housekeeping, POS (for restaurants, spa, etc.) inventory, accounting and reporting—all in one cloud-based system. Their claims of multi-currency printouts, remote access, multi-language support and a web-based GUI mean you’re not tied to a desktop or single location.

**What do you dislike about 360HMS?**

The user interface would benefit from a more modern and sleek design. Although it maintains a minimalistic style, it can occasionally feel a bit outdated. Navigating the more advanced features, like revenue management and multi-restaurant integrations, presents a slight learning curve because of the extensive selection of modules. Even though the GUI is generally straightforward, it still requires some time to become fully comfortable with all its functionalities.

**What do you like best about 360HMS?**

One of the standout strengths of 360HMS is its modular architecture, which allows for a phased implementation and offers the scalability required as our hospital grows. I am also impressed by its strong integration capabilities; the comprehensive APIs are well-documented, making it straightforward to connect with specialized diagnostic systems and our existing data warehouse. This smooth interoperability has played a key role in eliminating data silos and has significantly streamlined our backend operations.

**What do you dislike about 360HMS?**

Even though 360HMS is really strong on the backend, the interface looks a bit outdated and isn’t very intuitive for non-technical users. That means it takes some time for new staff to get used to it, and we end up seeing more support tickets early on. The reporting tools are fine for day-to-day use, but if we need detailed or custom analytics, it often needs help from the vendor. A cleaner, more modern UI and a self-service BI module would make a huge difference in usability and productivity.

What makes It stand out from the rest of the competition is that the response time of the software is too good. Which is normally not so seen in the current compitition and not is not easy to get also.

When you look at the response speed of loading it is too good. But, the it comes at a cost which is in this scenario is the graphics of the software. It is kept minimal which is too simple and has close to none animation.

I like 360HMS hotel management software because it helps me save money and time. I can keep track of my reservations without having to spend hours on the computer and it's so easy to use! I also like the fact that it's compatible with all of the major hotel reservation systems, like HostelWorld's and Hotels.com.

I like 360HMS because it's easy to use. I can go online and make changes to my reservations all from the same place

I'm a fan of the 360HMS website. It is a simple, easy-to-use, and very effective way of trying before you buy. I think it is the best way to try out any product and see if it is right for you. The only problem I have with the website is that the videos are very high quality and I am not sure if this is the best quality you can get for your money. I would like to see a lower-quality video option.

The program is very user-friendly and easy to use. The software has a lot of features and can help me save a lot of time and money. In 360HMS management software, its user interface is reactive. Its user interface is light and super fast. It offers almost all the functionalities you can imagine getting in management software.

There should be a proper channel to load data bulk from the front end. The look and feel of 360HMS can be better. The popout window can be removed as it blocks the view of the current page.

360HMS is Easy and simple to use, and I have experienced faster performance than other software. Multi-language & multi-currency options are perfect for all hotels. They provide remote access so I can control my business from anywhere

Everything is good, but they don't provide Deployment & Support on mac OS and Linux OS, which is unsuitable for some hotels. I think they need to provide Deployment & Support for Mac and Linux OS.

The best part is the directory view of your organization and includes filters in terms of having department narrowing, people wise search and designation wise search.

The disliking is in terms of proper document upload facility and view of the document is not available. The doc has to be downloaded, and then viewed, so that can be solved up to have a doc viewer in the platform itself.

Overall my experience with 360HMS is awesome. easy to use and fulfills each and every requirement of any hotel.  from booking to check for occupancy and inventory management 360HMS is doing great.

Pricing are a little part of concern but if you are running a hospitality business and doing good you can afford it. apart from this, I have no issues.

You can enter all relevant information and store it on cloud based system which is easy to access and transferable. It is very fast and user friendly.

There are no as such negative points but tool can be improvised in term of it's user interface and tabs. On over all it's good.

Didn't use enough to find out the flaws, but price for software is about $1000, maybe a bit on the higher end

The most helpful thing about 360hms is that it helps to save time and money. Flexible budgeting for the hotel. Great accounting software. It does not compare to other software I was used.

I do not see any reason for it jot to work well. It solves all accounting issues. I find there is no improvement needed. It helps me deal with all aspects of accounting g.

As per my experience, this is the best hotel management software in the world and was very simple and easy to use. Nice supporting team.

It doesnt have a landing page to actually see the software before purchasing it - which is a downside in my eyes as most HMS have some sort of landing page

360HMS delivers perfect solutions at the right time and helps its customers simplify our lives. It is a cloud-based system that generates numerous reports to analyze the required information and efficiently manage rates and inventory.

- Currently it's only supported in Windows desktop version.
-They do not provide training videos or documentaries to the clients
- Training webinars aren't conducted to know client's needs.
